Go to My computer/local hard drive [whichever one it found it in]/Windows/internet logs
then find the file that matches the description.
DO NOT CLICK ON IT!!!!
RIGHT-click on it and DELETE it.
Go to the recycle bin and EMPTY it

Hi, I found my a BAT.282 in my computer on the Windows/internet logs folder. However, it's inside a zip file called "vsmon" which I think I shouldn't delete as my ZoneLabs software needs it. What sould I do? Unzip the file and remove the BAT or remove the whole zip archive? Thanks! |
