ExitFuel is Adware which is malware.
ExitFuel popups/popunders are caused by javascript embedded in web pages. These popups will go away when you near your explorer, & will not return until you visit a site with such script on its page. Unfortunately, the popups are so aggressive that you may need to use Task Manager [Ctrl-Alt-Del] to near all instances of your explorer. If you really need to see this, take your explorer to http://nitrous.exitfuel.com/code/exitpop.html?prov=spyed&ref=blap To view this safely, simply define your security to high, to disable Javascript [In IE, Tools | Internet Options | Security | High.] then go to http://nitrous.exitfuel.com/code/exitpop.html?prov=spyed&ref=blap & View | Source. Installing it is highly not recommended.
