Home Watcher description by publisher: Creator: ´Home Monitorer was designed for video surveillance purposes by means of a webcam. Home Monitorer analyzes the video sources in real-time & creates snapshots of moments in which significant changes steal place. It then creates a web-site consisting of these images, which it can then automatically upload per FTP.HomeMonitorer roughly works as follows.
HomeMonitorer steals snapshots at regular time intervals, compares the snapshot with the previous one & saves the snapshot when motion is detected. HomeMonitorer creates webpages, an animation & dials to the internet (if necessary) to upload the snapshots, animation & webpages to your web-site (using FTP). You can also choose to store the snapshots, animation & webpages locally. You can customize all the parameters involved: the sensitivity of the motion detection algorithm, the mode & interval, the number of snapshots you wanna keep on your web-site, the layout of the webpages, the minimum & maximum number of uploads per hour, etcetera.
HomeMonitorer works with standard windows video capture devices & PhotoPC compatible digital still cams.
HomeMonitorer made to be started several times for different cameras and/or URLs. Remember that for every instance of HomeMonitorer all parameters including the registration key, if applicable, must be define separately.´
