Run ICQEdit99b.exe & fill in all the releant bits you wish to change. Click "Modify ICQ" & wait for the process to complete, then click on the banner & you are all done! When the patch has completed, run ICQ.EXE & you´ll see the labels are now all customized to however you specified. SIDE EFFECTS: Some patches you´ve installed onto your ICQ may not function anymore.
