Kill the following processes
informer.exe, multiapp9x.exe, multiappnt.exe
Unregister the following DLLs and reboot
kbmh1601.dll, xzraniv7.dll.
Remove the following files
afpansi.sys, afpansi.vxd, alfafm.sys, alfafm.vxd, axlib.ocx, informer.exe, isext.asj, kbmh1601.dll, multiapp9x.exe, multiappnt.exe, readme.rtf, xzraniv7.dll.
