Unregister the following DLLs and reboot msview.dll in Documents and Settings\UserName\local settings\temp\ msview.dll in Windows\
Delete these registry entries HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\msview.msviewobj.1 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\msview
Remove the following files msview.dll in Documents and Settings\UserName\local settings\temp\ msview.dll, msvprep.exe in Windows\ msview.inf in Windows\inf\
