Kill the following processes netsync.exe, regsync.exe, idctup20.exe
Unregister the following DLLs and reboot rsyncmon.dll.
Delete these registry entries HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\clsid\{16b238d5-80de-47ce-8f17-b3ece2c2248d} HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run\intdctrr
Remove the following files netsync.exe, regsync.exe, rsyncmon.dll. idctup20.exe in Windows\system32\
